Associate of Biblical Studies
This is the usual scope and sequence for completing the program, but a student may enroll beginning at the start of any given month.
Freshman Year
September
Old Testament Survey 1
An introduction to the writings of the Old Testament. The Pentateuch and the historical books will be considered.
October
Old Testament Survey 2
A continuation of Old Testament Survey 1. The focus of this class is the Wisdom literature and the prophets.
November
English Grammar
The study of grammar to better explain God's Word
December
English Composition
Writing is the aim of this class. Subjects will be provided so that the student may practice clarity of thought.
January
New Testament Survey 1
An introduction to the writings of the New Testament. The Gospels and Acts will be considered.
February
New Testament Survey 2
The writings of Paul, the General Epistles, and the Revelation of John are the topics of this class.
March
Church Administration
The study of the operation of the Church
April
James
This class is an in depth study of the book of James.

Expository Preaching 101
An introduction to the art of preaching. The student will learn to rightly divide the word, outline a message and deliver the Gospel.
Sophomore Year
September
Revelation 1
A study of the major doctines of the end times.
October
Revelation 2
A continuation in the study of major doctines of the end times.
November
Holy Spirit
A study of the doctrine of the Holy Spirit.
December
Missions
A study of the need for missions in today's world.
January
Expository Preaching 102
 
The development and delivery of expository messages.
February
Introduction to Counseling
This class is a study of a subject which most church leaders see little need in learning. They are so very wrong.  The congregation of which God puts you in charge will come to you seeking counsel, so be prepared.
March&
Pastoral Ministry
The ministry of the pastor is the subject of this class.
April
Church Growth
A study of the various methods used in this day for the growing of a church. The main emphasis will be to teach the biblical method. 
May
Music
A class that will help the minister be prepared to plan and lead the music ministry of the church.
